The Professional Career of Jan Rak

Jan Rak spent most of his career abroad (1990–2020). He is the author and co-author of more than 500 publications in renowned journals, and together with Mike Tannenbaum he co-authored the Cambridge University Press monograph High-pT Physics in the Heavy-Ion Era.

From Quantum Physics toward Spirituality

Most people know me as a scientist, but my interests reach far beyond the boundaries of quantum physics—into the world of spirituality. At first glance, these areas may seem incompatible, yet I see a profound connection between them. How does scientific knowledge relate to spiritual insight? And how can quantum physics change our understanding of reality?

In 2024, Jan Rak founded the ELLIA Research Center in Nelahozeves, and in its independent laboratory he works together with his team on projects that have the potential to change the perception of science as we know it today.
